1. Preparation
Cleaning: Before first use, clean the silicone baking tray with warm water and a small amount of dishwashing liquid, rinse thoroughly and dry.
Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to the appropriate temperature according to the recipe.
2. Before use
No need to grease: Silicone baking trays are usually non-stick and usually do not need to be greased, but you can choose to lightly grease them according to personal preference.
Stability: Before putting it in the oven, place the silicone baking tray on a sturdy baking tray to facilitate movement and prevent deformation.
3. Baking process
Pour the mixture: Pour the prepared batter or mixture into the silicone baking tray, being careful not to exceed the edge to avoid overflow.
Temperature and time: Set the temperature and time according to the recipe. Generally, the suitable baking temperature for silicone baking trays is 180°C to 240°C.
4. End of baking
Check the doneness: At the end of baking, insert a toothpick into the center of the food. If there is no batter sticking when it is pulled out, it means that the baking is done.
Cooling: Remove the baking tray from the oven and cool on a rack for a few minutes.
5. Demolding
Easy demoulding: After the food has cooled slightly, gently pull the edge of the silicone and the food will usually come out easily.
Avoid using knives: Avoid scratching the silicone surface with sharp objects such as knives to extend its service life.
6. Cleaning and storage
Cleaning: Hand wash with warm water and dishwashing liquid, or wash in the dishwasher. Make sure to dry thoroughly after cleaning.
Storage: Store it flat or rolled up to avoid heavy pressure to prevent deformation.
Tips
Diversity: Try different recipes, such as cakes, puddings, chocolates, etc., and be creative.
Temperature adaptability: Be careful not to place the silicone baking tray directly on an open flame.
